Adding or Repairing Wireless Cameras

For Seemless Integration and performance, please follow these simple guidelines when adding wireless cameras to an existing systems.

COMPATABILITY

CWI High Definition Wireless Screens (One Aerial) will will only transmit to CWI High Definition Wireless Cameras

CWI High Definition wireless cameras will only transmit to CWI High Definition wireless screens.

Original CWI Digital Screens (2 Aerials) will only transmit to CWI Digital Wireless cameras.

CWI Digital Cameras will only transmit to CWI Digital Screens.

When you have the correct screen to correct camera, before pairing remember that you can only have power going to the one camera you wish to pair!, disconnect all other cameras from power. It is best to pair cameras near the screen to save walking. Power screen up, start pairing process and then turn power on to the camera you wish to pair. When paired, install the camera to its intended position. Yes, sounds strange, but it works!

What if my machine is not listed in the LED Retro-Fit Light Kit section

If your machine is not listed in our Retro-Fit LED Light Kits sections, simply send photos of the lights that you wish to replace to 0417967696 and Craig will make the best recommendations that he can to suit your requirements, be prepared, he may ask questions!

What LED Chips perform the best

There are a number of LED Chips that are used in manufacturing LED Lights and Lightbars. I find that the OSRAM LED Chips offer the best value as they do provide more light than other similiar sized LED chip sets.

How do I pay for products?

By contacting your local dealer to order in for you, purchase online with Pay Pal, Credit Card over the phone, or we can issue an invoice and when we receive payment your goods will be dispatched with either Aust Post Express or Startrack Express.

What if my new LED light does not work?

If your new LED light does not work when first plugged in, simply turn the plug over and re-try. We have had some lights, especially the led13x5fl that have had the + and – wires inserted in wrong polarity.

What warranty is offered?

Most of the stock we supply comes with 12 month replacement warranty

How are goods despatched?

We use air bags were possible with either Australia Post or Startrack Express., if over 5Kgs we will use Startrack Express road freight.

Do your dealers sell at the same price as what is available online?

We have a Recomended Retail Price, but it is up to individual dealers to set a price as they will often include freight in their price. In fact we encourage people to use our dealer network.
