Pairing/Adding Wireless Cameras

Adding Wireless Cameras to an Existing System

For seamless integration and performance, please follow these guidelines when adding wireless cameras:

Compatibility
- High Definition Wireless Screens (single aerial) are compatible only with High Definition Wireless Cameras.
- High Definition Wireless Cameras will only transmit to High Definition Wireless Screens.
- Original Standard Digital Screens (dual aerial) and Digital Cameras are not compatible with High Definition systems.
Camera Model Reference
- High Definition Cameras include models: cwicamwl110-HD, cwicamwl110-HD-LED, and cwicamwl70-HD.
- Digital Cameras include models: cwicamwl92R and cwicamwl92-LED.
Pairing Process
- When pairing a new camera, ensure only the camera you want to pair is powered on. Disconnect all other wireless cameras from power to avoid interference.
- For added convenience, pair the new camera while it is close to the screen before positioning it. This approach saves time and effort, especially when installing on larger vehicles like road-trains.

What if the product I order is not in stock?

The website is kept up to date showing availability. If not in stock, new stock is generally not far away or we may have another product that will fill the purpose.

What warranty is offered?

Most goods come with a twelve month replacement warranty.

How are goods despatched?

If under 5Kg’s and stock fits we use air bags with either Australia Post or Startrack Express.

if over 5Kg’s we will freight with Startrack road freight.

Do your dealers sell at the same price as what is available online?

We have a Recomended Retail Price, but it is up to individual dealers to set a price as they will often include freight in their price. In fact we encourage people to use our dealer network.
